ANNUAL HOLIDAYS:
PLEASE NOTE: we will be closed from Monday 30/05/2022 until Tuesday 07/06/2022 for Annual Holidays.
Orders placed before Thursday 26/05/2022 (10am), will be despatched before we close.
All orders placed after this time/date will be despatched when the shop re-opens on Wednesday 08/06/2022.
Exchanges & Refunds parcels received after Thursday 26/05/2022 (10am) will be actioned after we re-open in June.

COVID-19 UPDATE (MAY 2022)
To adhere to social distancing rules, staff and customer numbers will be limited on premises.
For on-line orders, please allow 2-3 working days for despatch plus the delivery method you opt for.

When collecting or purchasing from store, we advise you book an appointment before making your journey.
Once at store, please knock on the door and stand back while we attend to your collection/request.
We request face masks to be worn when visiting the premises (unless exempt). 
We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Turnaround times are now 2-3 working days from order placement to despatching of orders,
due to safety measures introduced for protection of staff and customers.
The additional turnaround time applies to Express/Next Day delivery options aswell.
We advise customers to place orders earlier than normal as most delivery companies have relaxed
their delivery timescales since the pandemic started and are taking longer to deliver parcels.
The above guidance supersedes all other terms provided below.
